About The Role

We’re looking for an innovative and highly-skilled front End Developer with an eye for design. As a Senior Front End Developer, you will bring design ideas into life and enhance creativity. You will plan a high-scale frontend system, design and implement complex web using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks. You will work closely with other team members, product designers and product managers to deliver a high-quality, scalable platform.

Responsibilities

  • We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
  • Lead the development of responsive, user-friendly interfaces for our SaaS applications using the latest web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and mockups into interactive, visually stunning web pages and components.
  • Ensure codebase integrity through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with best practices of UI/UX.
  • Continuously identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, aiming for fast-loading and efficient front-end experiences.
  • Work closely with back-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.
  • Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies, trends, and best practices, and actively bring innovative ideas to improve our products.
  • Ensure that our web applications are accessible to users with disabilities, following WCAG and ADA compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation for front-end code, components, and processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior front-end developers, fostering their growth and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma (ideally), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or software development company is a plus.
